  Polar got the job done eventually, but I would consider hiring someone else for the job if I could do it all over again. Most of the guys are under trained and inexperienced. We had to really watch them for mistakes. Had to return the original furnace, they almost installed a 92% when we ordered a 96%. Price was fair however and they did not ask for a deposit.

  Had them install a new furnace and ac unit a couple weeks ago. Very pleased with there work and price. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for your prompt response for getting the job done. It only took them 4hrs and the job was completed.
