Heating/cooling system went out so we called them to come up and the guy that came out wouldn’t fix the unit and kept saying “yeah that could be it” when we suggested a problem but would not test it and kept trying to make us replace the whole unit instead of actual piece needing replaced. Scammed us out of $185 and now heating/cooling system went down a second time after he “fixed” it and almost caught our house on fire.

Company starts off looking good and then completely changes. First company is suppose to be 24hrs as they state all over website which is a lie. Convinced us into buying a new unit that is under warranty and then it stops working. Now they aren't 24hrs and I have to wait almost a week to get it fixed while temps are 80s. Tech is too lazy to come out and even look at it to find the problem instead assumes its the motor and I have to wait for it to be ordered in a few days. Poor service and cons customers with their false advertisement of 24hr service.

Willie and Dalton installed a new heat/cooling unit in my home. They were very friendly and professional. They checked everything well before they left to make sure everything was in good working order. I would highly recommend them to others.
