they give estimate then do the work. you will always find what they did is a lot less what you were charged for. rip off

No longer open on Saturday's!!! Doesn't help when that's the only day we have off to get our hvac worked on!!!!!

Jim Hoose Is an outstanding technician. His tremendous experience and knowledge have been proven over the many years from the time I first met him when he was working at TNT Heating and Cooling through his long tenure at Big Sandy Heating & A/C Inc. There is simply no one that is any better. He is not only a supper employee but also a great person.
