I highly recommend this company! The only one I will recommend or use personally! Good, quality, HONEST work and reasonable / accurate pricing. We bought a fairly new house that should have never passed the AC inspection and Polar Bear could have easily bypassed it as well. They didn't, they fixed it the RIGHT way!! A job that should have taken them 1 hour (if it was originally done right) took them about 4 hours. Now my AC is working better than I hoped! I was nervous to get the bill, but most importantly was thankful they fixed everything correctly. When I got the bill I was beyond impressed to see they honored their quoted price! In a world full of nickel and dimers.... be like Polar Bear!!! Thank you!! I've already started telling all my friends!

Best company in the NP area. They sent a technician over on Sunday when my heater won't start and they have no extra charge for the service call over the weekend. The front desk lady was very polite and willing to help. Keep it up, guys.

We called "Polar Bear Air" on a Sunday, fully expecting to leave a voice mail but they answered. They are open 7-days a week, they had someone coming to us that day. We were so surprised that we we're able to get taken care of same day, on a Sunday, and at no extra charge. Thomas was our technician and he was excellent, very polite, very friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. We will never call anyone eles!
