  If there was a way to give MORE than five stars I would! We have used Roman's for several years now and will never need a different company. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. They do it all perfectly, from the person who takes your call to the tech that comes out to even speaking with Roman himself every piece of this business is flawless. A few years ago when my AC went out of course in June I called and they were out same day. My existing system was 15 years old and had seen its last day. They came out on a Saturday on a holiday weekend and let me know I would need a new system. They got me scheduled right away for the following Monday even though it was a holiday. Rather than having to go all weekend without AC they went and got an old unit and hooked it up just to get me through the weekend (AT NO COST!!!) The cost of a new system was over $1,000 LESS than two other quotes. Flash forward a few years and the night before we were set to host the rehearsal dinner for our wedding at my house, naturally the AC was not working. I called at 10:30p.m. assuming I would get a voicemail and hope they would call me back the next day. NOPE!!! They answered and got me scheduled for the first appointment the following morning! Came out and fixed the issue which was under warranty so once again no cost. As a small business owner who takes pride in the quality of work and service I provide I must admit I admire how well Roman and his team have everything running.

  Very pleased with the installation. The crew did a very professional and neat install job. They took extra care in putting down drop cloths and cardboard to protect the flooring. I also love the new Amana equipment. It is very quiet and I enjoy being able to sit out on the lanai and have a conversation with someone and actually hear what they are saying. I would certainly recommend Roman’s service.

  The salesman was informative and very concerned that we did not have air conditioning for a week prior. He was able to install a unit the next day which was a blessing since my husband had just gotten out of the hospital. The installers were very knowledgeable, kind, answered all our questions and left the house clean. They installed the complete system in 1 day and I would highly recommend ROMAN'S to anyone who inquires for service, repair or install.
