  Poinciana heating and cooling is an owner operator company. Lourdes Diaz is an army veteran that was an HVAC tech while in the service. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I used her to replace my 3 ton central air Heat pump unit. The price for a full dismantle and install was $5000.00 even which is 700$ below average so that was a good price. She even took care of registering the unit in my name so I get a 10 year warranty instead of 5 years. to give a full disclosure she worked with my personal schedule without question which is something I can't say for any other company. Needless to say if you have an issue with your AC call Lourdes she'll take care of you take it from another AC Tech she's good at what she does. And works well with home owners warranty companies!

  I don't know how this lady got her license. She has absolutely no clue what she is doing. She will do anything to pad your bill.
