  Frank was really professional, courteous, and effective. In my residence, he and the other technician even donned booties! The repair went well and promptly, and Frank made sure to let me know that the repair was covered by a one-year warranty. I couldn't have asked for a more excellent level of service!

  Did I use this business? no, never had a chance they canceled on me, thought they were a 24 hour service. Waited all afternoon had things to do, like see my husband in the nursing home, very disappointed and had dinner plans with friends. Called late in the afternoon to say that the repairman could not make it. Also wanted a credit card up front, didn't want to leave a card but insisted. Have a GE fridge that was running and not shutting off, so much for 24 hour service.

  The guy who came to fix our washer was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to stop it from making an annoying rattling sound which had been driving us crazy. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
