  I did not use this company for my repair because I literally just hired someone moments before they called me back. Even though it didn't work out this time, I will call Plumbing Masters again because they were quick to return my call and were very friendly.

  charged just under $200 for a 1 hour service call to replace a thermostat, also overcharged on replacement part...i should have asked for a quote, when i called to inquire about the cost, was talked to in a very condescending way...

  They got me an estimate quickly, but quoted me $1400 on a job another guy did for $300 bucks...
