  Terrible experiences with this contractor. Six years ago they installed a new gas furnace for me. During installation their technician said I needed to replace my AC unit as it would likely die soon. I took their advice and spent $3000.00 for new AC. The next day UGI returned to inspect the finished job and was surprised to see the new AC. They told me it was unnecessary because my original AC unit should have lasted another 5-10 years minimum. Yesterday my AC crapped out. Comfort Systems arrived today and said my compressor was dead and quoted me $1750.00 to replace it. Meanwhile I called another contractor who fixed the problem same day for $178.00! AC is running great. This contractor also said the outdoor unit had been installed way too close to the house and that that was part of the problem. Comfort Systems is not the way to go.

  I had a heating and air con unit installed by these guys and every year there was a problem with it. The coolant would leak out. They put a few band-aid fixes on it but never really fixed the issue. After 2 years of this, I called another company to come out and they fixed it right. I have been trying to get the owner of Comfort to return my calls and he is avoiding me. I guess they don't want to stand behind their work. It was installed poorly from the start. I can not or would not recommend this company to any one. Stay away!!! I will update this review if they ever get back to me.

  Adam from Heating and Air Conditioning did a super awesome job for us, he went above and beyond on his service and the pricing was great, we will differently make him our service technician in the future.
