Dale did a fantastic job. 👍🏻I Called he quoted what the job would cost . And not a penny more . I would recommend his work to anyone. . Small business, and honest work . Not like these other businesses that are there to rip u off. The Ac is nice and cold on those hot summer days.

I had made an appointment and noted that I would like to get it repaired soon because of a trip my wife was taking. They were very courteous and worked me in right away and had it fixed that day. The cost was fair and reasonable and they did a quality job.

I made an appointment at this shop to diagnose and repair an issue with my air conditioner. I spoke with Dale over the phone and made an appointment for a week later when he had availability. After leaving Dale my keys, he informed me that I was unavailable to wait in the shop since he had no other employees and needed to make a trip to go get parts. I had planned to wait at the shop because this is an option at most auto shops and he did not inform me of I could not wait there beforehand. At first he did not offer to drop me off anywhere. It was an overcast and potentially raining day so I started looking for a coffee shop I could walk to. The nearest one was a 25 minute walk away. A few moments later Dale offered to drop me off at home depending on where I lived. I lived in Troy, which he said was too far. After leaving the shop, I had to call for someone to pick me up. At this point, I had lost confidence in the shop. Dale has a large number of signs posted in his shop that convey a defensive and hostile attitude towards customers. I remember one prominently displayed sign saying something like “You want it when?” I was unable to simply cancel my appointment at that time and leave since Dale had already left for parts. I called Dale and cancelled any further work on my car. An hour or so later I returned to the shop. Although he did not look happy, to his credit, Dale handed me my keys without fuss and and I left.
