  Called Pioneer to get a 2nd opinion because another A/C company said that we needed a whole new a/c unit. Rick from Pioneer came out and saw that it was only a loose wire that was causing the problem. Saved us $8000.00. Very knowledgable and great personal service. Our "go-to" technician from now on.

  Repaired my furnace by a nice guy,, but then the boss was called and The boss came and used the scare technique to force me to buy a new furnace right in front of my kids. He said there was a hole in my furnace and it is what caused this part to break? I had another company come and completely check it and it is perfectly fine and safe. There is no rush to buy a new one and believe Pioneer was trying to scam to make a sale before the end of the month and year. I will never use Pioneer again!!

  We had a slight odor in our basement. Fearing it was a slight gas leak, we called around. Not only did Pioneer actually answer the phone, but they advised us that perhaps the floor drain is simply dried out, and we should try flushing water down the drain first. Very professional of them to suggest trying some troubleshooting tips before sending out an expensive technician. Much appreciated.
