  My experience with Pelles was excellent from start to finish! I had a project going on at my house and needed a vent added in our laundry room. This work needed to be finished within 2 days of my request and they executed to perfection! Couldn’t be happier about the quality of work, responsiveness and customer service. Kaylee, James and the Pelles techs that I interacted with did an unbelievable job. Highly recommend!

  I had never used Pelles until today, when I woke up without heat in the first sub-freezing day of the season. Kaylee was professional and courteous and scheduled me for the same day! The tech, Jesse, arrived 30 minutes early, was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The price was more than fair for the repair that was made. I will be using Pelles going forward - great job!

  I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this company and HIGHLY recommend that you use them! I woke up to a bitter cold house, called just this morning and they came today and I now have heat! Thank you Kehle and team! Jesse was prompt, friendly and superior in knowledge. You guys ROCK!
