  Petro is running a scam. Already reported to BBB & the BBB already has a case open on them (if that’s not saying a lot then I don’t know what else to tell you). Use at your own risk. I will not be a repeat customer. Terrible customer service & will never have a supervisor call you back even though they say you will be reached out to within 24-48hours. We have been fighting with them for three weeks!!!!! So unprofessional. Eric in customer service was amazing!!! Shawn sold us our plan and was great until he got us in the door. Treated us like a doormat after the fact. Wish we could rate them 0 stars. There are too many other oil companies in the area that will provide you with peace of mind and great service. We just switched providers & the service was a night and day comparison. Good luck 🍀

  Petro is terrible!!! Do NOT use this company! They topped off oil tank unnecessarily and ahead of schedule when prices were at their highest. They do not return phone calls. They put in a new tank but won't provide the certificate that the ground is clean and clear. Feel free to contact me Petro. I would love to talk to an actual person. UPDATE - Petro contacted my mother within an hour of the original post, indicating they would look into the issue of topping off the tank unnecessarily and ahead of schedule when the prices were at the highest. That was over a week ago and there has been no follow up nor resolution. I also personally called and left a message. My call was not returned. I stick by my original 1 star rating. Petro, again, feel free to call me.

  Don’t do business with this company!!! When they need to get a hold of you they will call you 3 to 4 times a day but when you try to get a hold of them you will not have luck. Was also charge for a maintenance package for the heating system made three Appointments in three different Occasions and no one showed up. When I spoke to a manager the best they can do they can do is put me out on another appointment three weeks later no sense of urgency or Customer Service.
