  I don't like to write reviews like this ... about seven years ago, this company was contracted to install a dx loop geothermal system at my house. From what I can tell, they did a fair job with it, but the system just failed. I want to make clear that I am not accusing the company of being at fault for the failure (although they could be), but rather I am writing this review for what happened after. I reached out to the company to discuss what they thought might have happened and then to see if I could potentially hire them to replace the failed system. At first I was told they would call me back and was given what were on their face legit reasons for that, but they never did. I followed up multiple times by phone and e-mail, and when they finally wrote back, I was told that they don't service the area my house is in and otherwise didn't give me any help. So, with that background, I leave this review with one star so that others will know that there is a risk they could install your system, and they will not be available to service or replace it later (or even give their opinion on why it might have failed), which I think is the bare minimum one might want from a service provider.

  Chris and Pete took on a VERY TOUGH replacement of compressors on a Geo Unit they don't typically service. Chris is very thorough , not to mention a meticulousness brazer. I am completely satisfied and will use them for all future routine maitnenance
