  Called Peterman and set up an appointment to replace a leaking water heater. If you have never dealt with this situation it is a bit time sensitive. They gave me a quote and a service window of 8am-Noon next day. (Very Time Warner cable esq). Noon came the next day and no one showed up. When I called back they said they never got me entered into the “system”. Absolutely terrible. Went a different direction. In response below…Why would I have been given a service window if I needed to “speak to my wife”. BTW, when they called me back I explained I went a different direction and didn’t receive an apology. This response accepts zero responsibility for the poor service.

  Sorry for the issues you’ve experienced. I spoke to our service department and it was communicated that you called in for pricing and said “you’d speak to your wife” and then we never received a call back from you. The next day you called and asked why it wasn’t on the schedule. Sometimes we should all communicate better.

  I called & asked if they were interested in giving me an estimate for a new plumbing job. She placed me on hold, came back on & told me there was no one to take my call so 'I guess not'. No Customer Service.

  We replaced two faucets. The service person arrived much later than promised. He was professional and cooperative but the faucets we bought he had never seen before, so he needed to read the installation manual.

  Jim, thanks for the review. From time to time a manufacturer will produce faucets and other products we have not had much experience with before getting to a customers home. We try our best to stay on top of new products, but it can be tough. Thanks for calling us and we appreciate working for you!
