  Called with a furnace problem they sold me, quick to show up was told $1500 for trane control board upgrade, then was called by another tech, said could be Motor module cost would still be $1500, I wanted an estimate on new furnace and owners son showed up, 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on estimate, have not heard from them. In the meantime I got a bill for $164 for nothing. No more Dover/Phila heating and cooling for me.

  Our AC in our house stopped working. They came out within an hour to look at it and said that we needed a new unit. They installed it the next morning and did a great job. They were very efficient and responsive. We will use them for any other service we will need.

  Everyone at Dover-Phila Heating and Cooling have been awesome to work with. Great service and a fair price on a new RunTru furnace. Our furnace died and we were without heat. They were able to supply and install a furnace on the coldest week of the year (Feb 2021).
