  Amazing experience. Heidi was who responded to my service call. She MADE this experience and an extremely stressful, new home build nightmare a little less bad. All drains in my home started backing up on a Friday night/holiday weekend. Recently moved in, multiple issues discovered situation. Peterman Brothers, and again specifically Heidi, responded to my call within hours (even while experiencing a busy night it sounded like from who I first spoke when calling) all the way in remote North Vernon, Indiana. Heidi explained what she expected was occuring (as I was an overly attentive home owner to the process) and walked me through everything she was doing to correct the issue. She even answered my random questions about her equipment AND ran to grab additional cordage that was needed when my outside outlet wasn't functioning. I quickly signed up for their monthly membership based on Heidi's professionalism alone. Now, with that membership, I can request Heidi anytime I may need Peterman Brothers' services. All of this for only $66 when things were done. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.

  I needed emergency service, he was here within 30 minutes. Jason was through, professional, and also took the time out to explain the different products in my home. I highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing service.

  I have never had such a bad experience with a home service company in my 24 years as a homeowner. Although quick to schedule an initial appointment, Peterman Brothers were unprofessional, expensive, and ultimately did not finish the job correctly. We had them come to our house to install a pipe connecting natural gas to an outdoor fire pit. First they promised the equipment on a certain day and then realized they ordered the wrong items for installation, which put our patio project back even further. Then the service guy was rude and unprofessional to my husband when confronted about the mistake. Once the installation took place, we later learned that the job was not completed correctly when the natural gas did not fuel our fire pit as it should. We had to pay a second plumber to come out and fix the incomplete job of Peterman Brothers and were told by this plumbing company that Peterman "did us wrong". And on top of the bad experience and horrible service we received, Peterman Brothers charged us twice as much as the second plumbing company with no explanation for what all the charges were for. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, I was given a very vague, general breakdown. All in all, I would never recommend this company nor will I ever use them again.

We were unable to find any information regarding concerns about the work performed until after another company was called.
