  Nate is an honest owner/technician who is professional and does good work. I have known him from when he used to work for a big name company here in town that we used. I didn't always prefer every technician that company would send to my house, but I was always relieved when it was Nate. When I learned he went out on his own, I was eager to have him work on our unit. He diagnosed and fixed an issue we had with our AC unit. He registered the part so that we will be eligible for the warranty on the part, and did this without me asking, so it is his standard practice. Now the AC is working great, so he did successfully resolve the issue. He routinely put on covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, and I did not ask him to do that either, but that is definitely a sign of being professional and having respect for others' property. His pricing is fair as well. If you are looking for someone who knows what they're doing, who is honest, respectful of you and your property, someone who will stand behind their work, behaves professionally, and who will bill you fairly, then Nate with Comfort Professionals is your guy! He even called to check on how the AC was working! Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Comfort Professionals. You won't be disappointed!

  Best HVAC service in Columbus. Prompt service, really identifies the root cause of the problem versus just replacing parts, careful in and out of the house, extremely reliable, and just great people!

  Nathan came and helped get the AC running on Memorial Day weekend. He was prompt and professional. Call this company when you're in a pinch or just need preventative maintenance! They will treat you with honesty and you can be assured it's done right
