  We all get busy in life but please take a moment to appreciate people and businesses! These are two companies I will never forget and will always recommen. First we lost heat for 30 days in Feb. The best family owned company stepped up and helped us tremendously. From personal calls to all owners being at the house and the wife behind it all scheduling and fighting for us. I thank you Perry's Heating & Cooling!

  I have home warranty with choice . choice sent perry pro tec out to my house to look at my hvac system that was making noise . The tec was there for 10 minutes took the cap off part of the system so the air could get though took the cap with him said he would call us with an estimate. called back said he had to clean pipe on furnace on top of roof, I Could not get it done right then because my husband went into hospital because he has ALL which is a type of cancer . I called 2 weeks later to get appointment for repair since then the heat did not work at all now. I was told they could not come out for at least a week . With my husband being sick and no heat i could not wait. So i called another company who came out the same day . The issue is that the problem was not the pipe on the roof that needed cleaned out it was the furnance that had a recall on it from 2009 and needed replaced . I called perry pro tec and wanted my 75.00 back for the service call and the part to the blower motor that was taken and the lady that answered the phone was rude said to call choice warranty it wasn't something they deal with so not only did they lie to me took my 75.00 and will not return it i have to waste my time dealing with the warratty company and get my hvac replaced will not recommend this place to anyone. \

  I had an issue with my AC motor so I reached Katy at Perry’s Heating and Cooling. She promptly sent Ryan out to see what was going on. In a day or two they had the motor for my super old AC and had it installed. Both Katy and Ryan were incredibly pleasant to work with and my AC is working great and ready to make it through these dog days of summer. As a Realtor I can say I would most certainly recommend Perry’s Heating and Cooling to my clients. Giant thank you to everyone at Perry’s Heating and Cooling!!!
