  The technician Jordan was able to come out the same day I called between other appointments and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the work that was needed as well as what may be necessary in the future. He made sure the heater and thermostat were working perfectly before he left and also offered to wash off a very dirty filter which I really appreciated. I’ve used Perry Heating in the past and have never been disappointed. They charge a very reasonable price and do the job correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Jordan came out to inspect an old AC unit and heating system in the home we are going to buy and was very polite, professional and thorough in their inspection. They both had on shoe covers and masks which I appreciate! Jordan explained everything in detail. I will definitely be purchasing a unit through Perry’s and using their services in the future.

  Their technician Steve came out the same day, within just a few hours of me calling. He was very friendly and professional and got the system back up and running quickly. The problem was actually in the smart thermostat, not the heater and Steve patiently stayed on the phone with the alarm company and got things sorted out. I’m very happy with this company and I will definitely call them in the future.
