  I found the company to be very expensive and the work very shoddy. Perfect Air put my heat pump in 4 years ago. I've had trouble with it ever since. When I called the office said they had no record of me. But I sure had a charge on my master card from perfect air from when they installed it. When they did come out to fix it, it was very expensive. Last October they put 11pounds of freon in. I just had someone out 2 weeks ago and he put in another 5 pounds as the outside unit would not turn on. That seems to have fixed the problem. Turns out the cap was leaking. Perfect Air charges $40 a pound for freon, the last guy charged $17. And this guy tracked it down until he found the leak.

  Perfect Air installed an American Standard heat pump system in my home. The house had no duct work prior to the installation, so the job was a major one - including cutting holes in my ceilings and floors, running new electric lines, etc. The staff at Perfect Air demonstrated a high degree of care, professionalism and competence throughout the entire process. The owner, Mr. Boone, communicated and set clear expectations about arrival times and the expected duration of the install. The team worked well together and they took the appropriate steps to ensure my home was kept clean and did not suffer any damage throughout the installation. The staff answered all my questions in detail and offered to train me in the use of the system. Overall, the Owner and the staff exceeded my expectations in every respect. The pricing was also reasonable - especially considering the high quality materials which were used - as well as the care that was taken to property insulate all the ducts and equipment. I would hire them again and I plan to recommend their company to friends and colleagues.
