  My thermostat needed to be updated. Chris arrived on time with booties in hand. He is knowledgeable, a pleasure to have in my home and a gentleman. With the difficulty finding reliable employees he worth his weight in gold. My dog even liked him! Thank you PHA. Keep up the great customer service!

  Matt was amazing. Made my month! Repaired some duct work- free. Warranty. But unbelievably, he repaired my generator and transfer case, both of which hadn't run since 2016. I'd even been told by Carter that neither could be repaired. I am beyond happy.

  We are so very pleased with Ron, Joshua and Eddie. They were the Best. We were in need of a new unit as we learned from John (exceptional technician) called Faye and everything happened. Eddie did his bit and was done on day one , Josh and Ronnie worked on the other job and were wonderful. We are so pleased with everything about their work ethic and professional. They are to be commended. Thank you to a job well done.
