  Right before Christmas on Thursday, the 23rd, our heat pump was not heating properly and called them out. They had two different people look at it and for them to tell us we needed over 5lb of Freon at $200/lb just to get it working, but said it wouldn't help much and that we needed to replace it. The worker said he would call us back that evening to let us know if it was under warranty or a cost. We never received a call, but we did pay $450 to them for nothing. He also told us to use our emergency heat and that would hold us over. (Mind you it was steady around 62-64 before calling them). The next morning our house was 50 degrees inside. I waited until 10am before calling, because they never called us only to find out they were closed through the whole weekend with no emergency number to call even though they say available 24/7 on their website. We ended up having to call someone else out on the 24th who charged half of the price, was able to get our heat pump working and said we did not need to replace it. Comfortable never called us back even when they reopened. We called to talk to them about our concerns and they said they would have someone call us back which they never did. Very unprofessional and shady.

  Sorry you did not get the return calls.We left several messages but the return phone number that was provided was wrong. As for the amount of refrigerant it took to fill up your system you were told and it was on the invoice that we would not know how much it would take to fill it up until we weighed it in with our scales. You kept asking how much we thought it would take and you were told we have no idea until it is weighed in. You said just a ball park guess i wont hold you to it so we said it could be as much as 5 pounds because it was very low on refrigernant. As far as us closing on Christmas so our employes who work day and night on call after hours and in extreme tempatures could enjoy time with there families. Well i dont know how to respond to that except for they will have off every year at Christmas. If you would have called we have a voice mail system for after hours and emergency calls all you have to do is follow the prompts and leave a message and some one would get back to you. Thank you

  Jason & Jordan were very courteous, hard working and determined to uncover the issues that were causing problems with our HVAC system. We switched companies after failing to get sat results on 3 attempted repairs and were scheduled for a 4th when we found Comfortable Climate who was able to respond within hours and had our system back in proper working order after 2 visits. Thank you!

  Comfortable Climate installed my HVAC system almost four years ago. I've subscribed to their twice yearly maintenance service since instalation. Recently, while talking to their office about a Fall maintenance, the lady with whom I was speaking looked up my file and asked if I had a three way system. After some discussion she asked if she could call me back within a couple hours because there seemed to be some confusion in my file. Within a couple of hours the lady called and, apologetically, said that a mistake had been made in my paperwork upon instalation; that I had been charged a monthly maintenance fee for a three way system instead of a one way system. That I had been overcharged a considerable amount and that the company wanted to make it right. She told me that for the next four years I will not be charged a monthly maintenance fee in order to catch up with what I'm owed in reimbursement. I'm so impressed with Comfortable Climate and all of their employees! That they caught that mistake without my even being aware of the mistake and voluntarily making it right is such a fine example of their integrity, honesty and just plain good business practice. They are an excellent role model of what free enterprise should be without question, not to mention their constant courtesy. This company gave me a price much lower that the plumbing and heating company that I had been using for years, plus the system has been completely reliable since instalation. I highly recommend Comfortable Climate for all of their services. In this troubled world, it's good to know that our future is in the hands of good, honest, capable and courteous businesses like this. Hats off to you and your staff Jason! Sincerely, Gloria Thomas
