      I called to have them come check out my heat pump which I had neglected for several years. Not just one, but two service people showed up —- on time, professional, and easy to talk to. They were extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly. I was complaining about the way I had to clean the current filters and they explained an easy relatively inexpensive option. I jumped at it. They returned a few hours later and installed it. Once a year change and throw the old one away (recyclable, too)! Steve was training James so I got two for the price of one! Very reasonable pricing! Plan to get on their yearly maintenance schedule! I highly recommend!

      Great communications from start to finish {estimator-Ian to Renee in billing). Had a new heat pump installed this month. The two installers, Tyler and Estella, were very respectful. They were pleasant and answered my questions professionally. Explanation of system operation and thermostat controls were easily understood. The knowledge of their craft was evident. Good Job Peninsula Heat crew.

      Peninsula Heat installed our Fujitsu ductless heat pump about 5 years ago. It was one of the wisest investments I have made as a homeowner of an old, drafty Victorian. We are finally cozy in winter and we blissfully used the cooling function during the 2021 heat wave. Installation went perfectly--they left my house cleaner than they found it! In fall of 2021, the interior unit started making a high pitched whine. Peninsula Heat handled the repairs extremely professionally and as fast as possible given supply chain issues. I was charged for labor only since parts were on warranty. Zero complaints! Then about 2 months later the exterior fan unit sounded like the blade was hitting something. We were heading into a very cold weekend so I called for customer service. We have no other heat source. The office staff bent over backwards to send someone to our house that day, despite being very booked already. They were able to tell the unit was fine to operate until a replacement part could be installed. They returned the next Monday and again installed a part on warranty, charging for labor only. I was charged an extra fee for the first trip but considering their SUPER fast response, I do not mind paying for this incredible level of customer service. Peninsula Heat continues to treat us as gold star clients and I would recommend them for ANY service related to heating/cooling installation and maintenance. They truly do treat customers with the utmost care and respect and I am one satisfied client. 10/10 for this business.
