  I can’t say enough good things about Knights Heating and Cooling. I have used them for the past few years and every time I am so impressed with their knowledge of what they are doing and their customer service. Rick does a great job and I trust his work. Maria is awesome with customer service and goes above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

  Knight has installed two ductless Lennox heat pumps in my house, one with a single interior unit, and one with three interior units. I have also had annual maintenance performed by Knight. Rick, the owner of Knight, shows up on time every time! Definitely the most reliable and punctual contractor that I have dealt with. Every phone call is either answered or receives a timely call back. After an issue came up with one of the installs, Rick took ownership and did what he could to fix the issue, no excuses. It was the best example that I have ever seen of a business owner backing his work. This speaks volumes to his integrity and reliability. I recommend Knight Heating and Cooling to anyone that is thinking about a ductless system, and I will definitely use Knight for any other maintenance or installations. Thank you Rick and everyone at Knight!

  We contacted Knight’s to bid on ductless A/C for our house. We have radiant heating and therefore can’t install forced air A/C. Knight’s came out, gave a fair bid, full explanation, answered all questions and we hired them. They scheduled not only their install but connected us with a great electrician to handle the circuits and such. We now have three perfectly-placed A/C units that work beautifully! Knight’s was fantastic. They were on-time, responsive, courteous, and did a great job overall. I highly recommend them!
