  Building a sunroom and Pence installed a mini-split. They were able to get here on short notice and work around the sunroom installer so that we could get it installed before we wrap everything up and insulate it. They were the ones that suggested the mini-split and it is quiet and heats and cools great!

  I called at 7:30 a.m. and WC was at the house before 9:00 a.m. He diagnosed, found the problem, fixed and completed the job by 9:30 a.m. It was already a hot August morning and Pence responded very quickly. He did a complete check and also cleaned the AC unit. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response and fix. Thank you for the efficient response WC. I will call again when I need any HVAC services in the future.

  Called on 8/30/2021 at 8:08 . Office staff assured me that WC would be at house between 12:30 and 2:30pm. WC called to inform me he would arrive at 2:00pm. Arrived on time , was very friendly and professional. Gave me some valuable information. Repaired a/c unit. Very much appreciate WC and entire staff !!! Recommend highly
