  My AC unit broke down in the middle of summer, I called several businesses and they all said the soonest they could see me was in 4-5 days. I could not wait that long, so I called Pelayo’s and they came the next morning, super professional and friendly. The service was quick and affordable, I highly recommend this business for Susiun City/Fairfield area.

  This was the third company I had called to give me an estimate. The first one came out and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and then told me that I needed a new fan, new motor, new belt, and quoted me at over $1,600 with an $89 estimate fee. The second company never even showed up. Pelayo's came to my house within an hour of me calling. Dave was very friendly and actually took the time to see what was causing the problem and not just demand that I need all of the parts to be replaced. His quote of $500 was more than reasonable. This was two days before Thanksgiving and he didn't want me to be without heat for the holiday. He returned later that day with the replacement part and installed it in less than an hour. My house now has heat and I could not be happier with the service he provided. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  David showed up on time and spotted the fix within moments - a blown capacitor and explained why it was broken. I had my A/C up and running quickly and just in time for the heat wave this weekend. Could not be happier with this service. Thanks David!
