Technician was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair my refrigerator. I was so happy I was without a refrigerator for over a week. Had to use ice coolers until my repair. Sears customer service was not able to give a sooner appointment so I had to wait over 7 days for a repair person.

During the initial call requesting a service call, customer rep was extremely difficult to understand, constantly tried to up-sale additional services. Day of appointment, service technician was a no show and no notification given except a phone call after the scheduled time cancelling the appointment. No reasons given, just a phone number right back to the same ridiculous call center wanting me to reschedule an appointment. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.

The repair person arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our experience.
