  Tulasi has been our Service Technician for several years now. He continues to provide excellent service and expertise combined with a professional attitude. He treats our home as if it were his own and it is very much appreciated. He goes above and beyond to provide quality service with a great attitude and personality. When we schedule our maintenance appointments we always ask for him personally and will continue to do so.

  I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that I received today. Stephen and Winston were exceptional.   We had a problem with our furnace staying lit to keep the house warm. I called them around 9 p.m. to schedule service for the next morning. I spoke to the girl who answered the phone and I made an appointment. They showed up between 8 and 10 a.m. just as I was told the night before. Tom Avery from sales and Preston the technician showed up in two different vehicles but at the same time and met with my girlfriend and I. They introduced themselves, we discussed the issues we were having, and they went right to work to check it out and give us a diagnosis. We were given a quote on what the cost was going to be with parts and labor and it was explained to us in detail and there was absolutely no pressure. Everything was very easy and they were very polite and professional. Our furnace is working great now. Based off of this experience, I would highly recommend them. I would have no hesitation in calling them again if I need them in the future. Thanks Preston and Tom.
