I called Peachtree early this morning because my heating system was not working. They were very efficient and set my appointment right away. Jason called me to let me know when he would arrive. He started going over my system right away. He was very professional and very easy to talk to. He diagnosed the problem and went to work in order to get everything back to working order. Jason answered my questions and made me feel certain that I had chosen the right company for the job. I want to thank Jason and Peachtree for their professionalism and having my heat back. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you very much! Kevin

AC broke down 1.5 years ago. Svc was quick. They had to load freon and did some repairs. Price was almost the same with or without their maintenance contract so I ended up getting the maintenance contract. They remind me when it’s time for the free check up (much appreciated). The tech that came by for the inspection today was courteous, on time, wore the paper booties on his shoes, and called ahead. Great service!

Peachtree Heating and Air has serviced our home for approximately 30 years! We had a system failure with our furnace yesterday - I called at 7 AM and they set up service for that morning. Analysis by Robert Weese indicated/confirmed the part required. In the interim he left me with an operational furnace. Warren Fuller assisted in sourcing the part and explaining further the issue and by 11 AM (approximately 24 hrs later) the part was installed. I am thankful for their professionalism and expertise. Robert is extremely congenial and explained what was needed and answered all my questions including showing me the part and where he was installing it. I am very thankful for the service and speed with which my problem was resolved.
