  Had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year .. called McKeon Friday morning and they came out before noon. The serviceman knew exactly what was wrong, put in a new capacitor and changed the filters. He explained everything to me and showed me what he did and why.. and explained just how the unit works. I was amazed he took such care to explain everything! Thank you Preston you deserve an award for your excellence. I will always call on this company if I should ever need to, I can trust that they will do an excellent job at a very fair price !

  My furnace quit heating on a Friday night. not a true emergency as the downstairs unit was keeping the temp livable. I call and left a message and was called back in just a few minutes. the tech very patiently and politely walked me through a few things to try. And gave me an option for service now or wait til Monday (which is what i did). I received a call Monday at just past 8AM. again very friendly and polite and a tech came out by noon. I felt like i was given very good info by the tech and we determined that the 20 year old system was better replaced than repaired. On Wed They came out ON TIME again and installed. a good looking job and the 2 service men were, again, very polite and had the furnace swapped in 3 hours. At which point the Service manager and the original tech came out and examined the install and commissioned the furnace .. then helped walk through programming the new 'smart' t--stat.. they also installed a CO2 alarm and left a couple filters ... all in all I am very happy with the whole transaction .. Highly recommend

  D. McKeon Heating and Air is an excellent choice if you’re needing a repair or looking to replace your HVAC system. Great service and follow-up, their HVAC techs are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We had both our upstairs and downstairs systems replaced, and right now HVAC equipment is in short supply. D. McKeon Heating and Air went out of their way to locate the equipment needed for the replacement of our systems.
