  Our property manager had them come out to unclog a sewer pipe on our rental. Their auger bit on the snake was broken. They tried for 2 hours and said the pipe needed replaced. They quoted 14000$!!! We just had another one replaced for 3800.00 by a different company. A different company came out and cleared the pipe (with a working auger) and quoted 2-2500.00 to replace the pipe if we need it in the future. PD sent us a bill for 300.00. For doing nothing with a broken tool! Reply Was your tool broken that your plumber was using? And my umber is not a "cheap" plumber. It is a longstanding reputable company in Augusta we have used for years. Your price quoted was almost 7 TIMES his price!!! You don't think that's excessive?

  Your property manager also tried to clean that sewer prior to us being called. Your property manager broke 2 sewer cutters off in your sewer from a machine he rented. He asked our plumber to use our machine to retreive the heads your property manager broke off in your sewer. After 2 hours of trying to clear the line we tried to use a pressure bladder. It still did not open. Your property manager asked us to quote the repair in 5 ft increments, asked us to start digging, if we didnt find any issue stop there. If we did find an issue to dig another 5 feet. And so on. That would be a total waste of your money. So we quoted a price to dig a 12ft deep sewer with multiple underground utilities we have to cross including a 1000 pair phone line. Had your sewer been a foot deep and no hazards or liabilities it would have been cheaper. A sewer is not 1 size fits all . Every foot of length,every foot of depth, every obstacle and utilitie as well as trees all come into play for price. So your not comparing apples to apples. Today your property manager came into the shop to ask for a full refund. The owner discussed the work with your property manager. Your property manager stated he called another company and they opened the sewer and wanted refunded. I asked him to have that company call the office so we could discuss with them. Your property manager stated that our plumber told him he needed a repair or replacement and that he did not know how we could determine your sewer was broken without using a camera. He said since we couldn't clear it we should give your money back. We called our plumber and discussed this. Our plumber advised that he was told by your property manager that the sewer machine you had your property manger rent had 2 heads broke off in your sewer. So you had him call us to try and clear the line. Was those 2 heads blocking the line? Noone knows without clearing the line of water and then using a camera. We felt it was disingenuous of your property manager to leave out details when trying to get a 2 hour sewer cleaning for free. So if infact another plumber cleared the line it was after your property manager tried to with a rented machine, and after we spent 2 hours augering and then bladdering your broken sewer. However, we still did refund you 89.00. We do not gurantee a sewer cleaning will fix your broken sewer. That would be a great way for you to keep your money and for us to go broke. You pay for our attempt on clearing a broken sewer. If we cannot open the sewer we have many options to move ahead with getting your sewer working. Including easy payment options. Its great you found a cheap guy to do your work. Hope he can continue to exceed your expectations. We feel your 1 star review is unfair and dishonest.

  I had my water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. They had to replace all the water lines to do so. Did a great job all the men were courteous. They worked without interrupting my work or home routine. They will now be doing the maintenance on my heating and air system.

  They guys did a great job replacing pipes for my toilet and they discovered a crack in my old one they showed it to me before he pulled it up(he did warn me it might break off) it did break off but it was not the plumbers fault. I found it very professional that he told me about it before pulling it up and letting me watch . I would definitely recommend this company for both plumbing and heating and cooling.
