  Well Payne put my system in and I have had nothing but problem with about every thing they installed went worry even the stove refrigerator went bad the refrigerator was not hook up right my floor had to be replaced. The stove cap has electrical problem the ducts not really hook up right I will never get a system from them on my on I did not pay for this system but it give them no reason to give me bad service my dad all ways told me to do the right things because your deeds will show up later.God see what man do.

  The only thing Payne installed is the unit. We had no part in the other issues she talks about. She needs to get with Coastal Plains.
