Sears talks a very eloquent talk but far from putting their money where their mouth is. For weeks now we are trying to have our washer matching repair. The round around is frustrating, phone call after phone call with waiting time into long minutes. It seems that they don't want to live up to the promise of the contract.

I had terrible service, they fixed nothing. Now they have to come back out again.

There is no Sears in Albany ga Nor repair shop very disappointed!.
