  Quick service and friendly staff. They didn't waste any time getting a new air conditioner installed right when the summer heat hit.

  Not impressed with this company. Had someone come to our house 3 times to fix our boiler. Spent 4 hours in the basement the last time for him to tell me we needed a whole new boiler system. Spent $1100 after the first 2 visits and the problem was never fixed. Went through a different company and they had the boiler running within 10min and we don't need a new system afterall, just needed new wires.

  In 3 weeks time, we called 3 times to set up an appointment to look at a project. The person answering the phone apparently can't make appontments, he does. Called Millard's and someone was able to come the next day. A month and a half later, no one from Paul's has ever called back.
