  with only 19 reviews you know what kind of business this is and on top of that Christopher marcolini is the owner of this company and he's one of the 19 I wonder how many of his other reviews are employees or friends.a year and a half ago HVAC system was installed. as soon as winter hit it immediately started freezing the system over with ice completely. called Patriot heating and air they told me it was normal. fast forward to a year and a half later I had to pay $325 for a thermostat and motherboard installation due to their lies. so they installed bad equipment into my house lied about it and then I had to pay to have it fixed. You tell me if they're worth going to or not. also they are non-responsive I've sent email to them with no response in regards to the warranty. to CVMarco65 at gmail.com. which is listed on the installation receipt I have. absolutely horrible company. if you are looking for a good company call palmetto air conditioning they fixed my problems and told me what it was right away. absolutely no issues with palmetto and they offer amazing service and package deals.. and discount programs. I got involved in all of them for the price that it cost to have somebody come look at your AC system from Patriot. Do yourself a favor and call anybody but Patriot.

  Chris came recommended by a neighbor that had used his service previously. Upon arriving he was able to tell me that id need a new unit. In the meantime he was able to get my temp down in the house while we waited for the new unit. I have a heart condition so having ac is a must! Today his installers came out and they were the nicest guys ive ever met! Thank you all🙌🏼

  Chris has been a huge help i came home yesterday to my air being out. When I called to see if he would come out well he helped me try to diagnose it over the phone and when I couldn't figure it out he gladly came over to take a look and diagnosed it as a bad thermostat. He helped me find the exact replacement and helped me program it. Highly recommended Chris is extremely nice and helpful.
