  Eli and Jose were wonderful technicians of Palmetto Air. They removed my old system and installed the new one, as well as the thermostat. I appreciated their hard work and professionalism. They arrived earlier than scheduled this morning and got the job done!

  I came home to a cold house last night. I called their number and got the after hours answering service. Since I didn’t really need an emergency call because I could keep my space heater on, the lady said they would call soon after 8am. I got the call around 8:10 and the service guy was at my house before 10am. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a part he had on hand in a half hour. Very professional and prompt. The parts and labor were pricey, but that’s to be expected with any repairs. And they made it really easy to pay the bill online.

  Palmetto Air Conditioning was able to complete an inspection with a short notice. The technician was personable and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and what he did when he was finished. I highly recommend Palmetto Air Conditioning for your HVAC services.
