  Seemed to be nice people. Was able to get my furnace blower motor and was on my way home to finish the repair job right away. The only thing that sucks is that , if you look at the prices on the internet, they are much lower than what they charge if you pick up in person.you would think that if you picked it up in person, it would be less expensive, not so. For example, the blower motor I needed was priced at $86.00. when I arrived to pick up in person I ended up paying $130. The sales person basically told me they charge the shipping charge regardless if you pick it up or have it shipped. . I really needed the blower and the weather was really cold. So I paid up anyway. This would have been a 5 star review if the price was the same to pick up as the advertised price on the website.

  Hi Charles! Thanks for the review and feedback. I know it can seem confusing when there’s different prices online than in our Kansas City warehouse! Our counter salesman is correct. When you go to check out online there are taxes and fees that apply to the base price just like at checkout in our store. The equipment we sell online is typically not shipped from our main facility but our much larger facilities located across the US. We like to keep our local KC warehouse stocked for the immediate needs of our local customers, but if you can wait on shipping there is a slight price break. Hope you can understand!

  Pat and the staff were very courteous and professional, I ordered a fan motor for a hot water heater ,works excellent .I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing and heating supplies thanks you guys jf
