I see from other reviews that I am not the only one that got over and above service from this company (Clay specifically).  I needed a part for my kitchen faucet.  When I called, he told me to send pictures to save myself the trip.  We didn't know that kind of faucet, so he had to search through pictures to find what kind it was.  He was unable to order the part because it's a faucet made only for one of the big home improvement stores,  but sent me all the info I needed in order to find it.  Very impressed!! Thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind, friendly, informative,   top notch service rare to find such knowledgeable people anymore. They even had a replacement part in stock for a 10yr old faucet!!!!

I would highly recommend this place for their great customer service. I recently had to replace a broken shower knob, and after a couple trips to a big box hardware store, I was still unable to find a replacement which would fit by fixture. The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable, easily identified the brand as being exclusive to a different big box hardware store, and, without being asked, even took the time to print off the part diagram with part numbers, so that I could order the correct part. If you’re looking for people who know their plumbing parts, this is the place.

This place and employees are awesome!  I called to find 2 replacement cartridges for Sterling shower single lever unit and was asked to send a picture.  After sending the picture the guy sent me an email stating which type of replacement cartridge I needed and yes they had them in stock.  Went down a week later and got them and installed them and now both my showers no longer drip.  So the 2 complete set cartridges were about $111, compare that to getting a plumber to come out and do the work, probably looking at $700.  Thanks Parts Unlimited, well worth the drive from Sterling!  I highly recommend this place.

Much appreciate their customer service!  I contacted them for a part for my kitchen faucet. Clay spent a lot of time researching based on the pictures I sent.  He identified the part, did not find it through their providers but nevertheless found it on Amazon, and he sent me the information for me to order it directly.  Much appreciated!

The staff and owner at Parts Unlimited were extremely helpful in finding a replacement  part for a discontinued toilet manufacturer.  They patiently spent a great deal of time at closing, to help me locate exactly what I needed.  Although it was a very inexpensive part, they were still happy to take the time and get it right....and it was. The toilet is working perfectly.  Thank you Jackie and Kevin!

I was looking for a stem for my bathroom faucet and found Parts Unlimited through a quick Google search. I called ahead to make sure they were open and was greeted by a nice young man who told me they were. After a quick drive over I was greeted in person by the same nice guy. He quickly found my stem and got it to me at a reasonable price. Quick, easy and friendly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Went to many (6 to be exact) plumbing supply stores for an unusual adapter.  After 15 minutes, only PU could find the part I needed, printed out the listing from Amazon so I could one-click order it, and did not charge me anything for the assistance.  Good service and good result!  Thanks!

Extremely good service. I walked in this store after miserably failing to find some replacement stems for my claw foot bathtub at several places. The gentleman at the front counter took the parts and started measuring and looking in catalogs as well as his computer, it took him around 30 continuous minutes to finally find the right part, he was very careful to make sure it was in deed the right one since there were several that looked similar. Guess what, we ordered them, the parts came in and they fitted in my claw foot like Cinderella’s sandle, perfect. What amazes me is the level of patience and dedication this man had looking for these parts. I will definitely go back for all my plumbing needs.

Great place if you need not only parts but good help to find what you need.  In this store you will get personal attention and help to find what you need and get it ordered or they will help to find it either in other store or at manufacturer. They don't mind spent time and make you happy.
I check it few times over last couple years.
