  I live in Houston TX. My friends from Virginia recommended me to get my truck's radiator in this store. I give them my truck year, make, model and even a vin #. Guess what? They sold me the wrong one! I'd find out until my mechanic here in Houston told me that I have a wrong one. So I'd call and they told me that the only way to get my money back was sending the radiator back to them(to Virginia! ) even that there are some 1800 radiator stores here in town. I'd spend $276 to send it by UPS (USPS don't handle that kind of freight) . Now, it has been pass more than a week and they STILL don't reimburse my money! 😡
