  Shout out to Parks LLC and our beautiful home! We started this process over 3 years ago and this company was patient and understanding in our timeline and honored our original agreed on price. James Parks was so professional in his presentation to us as far as what he provides as a builder. He was upfront with pricing and construction. Danielle, our front lady who we love, was amazing and took great care of us. But truly, the Oscar goes to Reid T., our foreman, who was so patient and guided us through some severe design flaws via the architect (another Yelp for another day (Blue Line Design..NO.) Nobody anticipated these flaws based on the fact that these are professional architects (or are they?) but Reid caught them every time. He reassured us that the awkward wall upstairs could be remedied He was empathetic and corrected several cabinet issues for us. He was never pushy but such bold, albeit, minor suggestions that made the world of difference in our house. He took minor design flaws and rocked them into full blown made for TV interior design show specials. We are blessed to be living in such a beautiful house and thankful to Reid who was so genuine and purposeful with all our questions and always had a solution. We are not design magnets and his suggestions were so welcome and helpful. We loved his approach to the home building process as it seemed as if he were sincere in building it for his own family…a place that truly was a home. Parks is a great company. Danielle is great, James is awesome, but the cape goes to Reid. Thanks so much for our forever most beautiful home.

  I consider myself the biggest cheerleader for Parks Construction. They’re building house #3 for us. They built our first home in 2014. I’m an artist & designer and building my own home was a dream. From start to finish it was such an amazing process. The second home we built was a guest house/art studio. It is now one of the most talked about rentals on Airbnb at Cedar Creek Lake because of its unique design- all constructed by Parks. Which brings us to house #3 which is currently under construction. I throughly enjoy working with James, his foreman, & all of his contractors so much. As a business owner myself, reputation is EVERYTHING to me, along with loyalty & trust....you get that with Parks Construction! I’ve referred several friends to them which ultimately hired them build THEIR dream homes as well. In my opinion (& everyone I personally know) there is nobody I’d trust to build or remodel our homes than PARKS CONSTRUCTION.

  James Parks is not involved in the process. Does not respond to complaints. I was not pleased with the experience of our built and paid out of pocket 50000 plus for expenses. I suggest you talk to other customers prior to using this small town builder. After signing the contract many people spoke out about there terrible experience. Also background check there employees.
