  Do not use these guys!!!! They installed 2 units for us 2 yrs ago. Before the 1st yr was up both units had major problems and needed repairs. We took it mostly in stride not blaming them for the units malfunction. As time went on the upstairs unit has never worked properly. We have had them out more times than I can count, the last time a month or so ago and the tech. told me possibly needed a clean out but no clean outs were installed 🙄 Seriously, you guys installed I explained. He wrote it up, charged me $95 and left. Wow, so he wanted my hubby to install clean outs! Even told me how for him to do! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then my hubby goes to the office to speak with the owner/ manager and he cussed at him and told us not to call them again that we are making a big deal out of nothing!!! Most unprofessional!!!!!!!
