  We recently contacted Benjamin Parrish regarding a potential mold issue. He was prompt in making a service call to our condo to investigate and to provide an estimate. Benjamin was very thorough and honest in his service. He did not recommend unnecessary and costly procedures. He also took the time to discuss in detail the process and procedures to be performed. A huge thank you to the team of Benjamin, Will and Joe for the work performed. This team was very courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Benjamin and his team and will be using them again!

  Preferred Environmental has been amazing to work with! They are so thorough and diligent, a class act! They were so affordable and took care of all the mold, drywall demo and controlled the humidity in my rooms. I understand how they've been in business for 35 years!
