  Parker Bros installed an A/C unit in our house last week and they did a great job at that. Their quote was quite competitive and reasonably priced. The installation crew was respectful of our house, they took care of all the steps, made sure that the system was working right and answered all questions. As far as scheduling, they took more than 4 months to get the unit installed. I guess I understand the shortage in supplies due to the current global situation but I was hoping they were a little more communicative about this in the starting when I got the quote. I had discarded some other providers because they told me upfront that they don't have the TRANE units, so I thought that Parker Bros had it. But sadly that was not the case. Overall though, the job was nicely done.

  Parker Bros. provided and installed two mini split cooling and heating units in our home yesterday. After discussing our specific needs with their representative by video call and a site visit by installers, they recommended the size and type of units we would need to have comfortable temperature in our home environment. The crew of four was knowledgeable, personable and worked efficiently to complete the project in one day. The crew worked inside and outside of our home, with a friendly attitude despite a 90 degree heat wave and smoke from nearby forest fires. They worked well as a team, were respectful and tidy, cleaning up and leaving no mess. We are grateful to have this quiet, efficient climate control now, and highly recommend Parker Bros!

  Our furnace went out when the temperature was in the 20's. Parker bros. Found us a furnace the same day. It's tough to find furnaces right now with the pandemic. They really came through for us. Great price. Great service.
