  I purchased a Service Agreement in the Fall of 2011. As a part of that Service Agreement, I paid for two furnace cleanings. One to be done in Fall of 2011, and one to be done in Fall 2012. The Fall 2011 service cleaning was efficient and great. However, when I went to make the appointment for the Fall 2012 Furnace cleaning I ran into problems. In September, I talked to a "Cindy" who told me scheduling would call me. I waited three days, and no one returned my call. I called again. This time, all the numbers are out of order, no one responded to email requests. I'd say this company has gone out of business and is not going to honor any more service agreements. Be warned.
