Highly recommended. I just bought my first condo and with one week the heat wasn’t working. As a first time home owner o was panicked. I was referred Paradigm by a friend. They came out quick. When the arrived they perfrossional. They looked my heater and identified the problem and let me the price. The price was reasonable and everything was explained clearly. They fixed and now I have heat!

Repaired Cloths Washer which had a faulty water pump. Quick diagnosis and repair. Previously repaired a refrigerator which other repairmen had not been able to correctly diagnosis and repair.

I had 3 VERY conflicting reports with my Home Warranty service after trying to have duct & vent cleaning service. One recommended 8K+ replacement and services. One recommended +$1,800 I work and repair, one said NOTHING was wrong at all - (but had sent a guy who admitted he was NOT authorized to do the inspection he was sent to do, and had only been in the business for less than 2 years). So I reached out to Paradigm, as I had worked with them before for both appliance repair and we I needed an inspection for my home loan. I knew they could be trusted to give me accurate information and pricing. Manny came to do the inspection and testing for pressure outputs and system safety, he ran numerous diagnostics on all areas of the system for both the heating AND the AC unit. After 2 hours of testing - we did confirm that we needed some MINOR repairs for leaks around the ducts in the attic - but that the system itself was sound. We scheduled a follow-up to do the repair work that was need. What was my cost in the end - INCLUDING the service call to diagnose? $385.00. The system is working VERY efficiently now, after 2 months of horrendous SDGE bills. I am looking forward to having my energy use stabilize, and to know that the work that was done was correctly done, and that Paradigm stands behind its commitment to honest and thorough customer service. My system is old, and will need to be replaced at some point…but it wasn’t needed now. Manny explained to me with the SAME photographs of damage what I was looking at and “why” the others were being able to leverage the upcharge, but also told me why it was not necessary and proved it with a thorough report of their findings and system pressure readings. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and would be happy to be a referral for anyone with questions.
