However Paul made this experience less frustrating by not only being the best priced but the best at everything from start to end! Aaron and the guys over there at Panama Cool are some upfront, honest, hard working, diligent, fair, and fast workers. Came over one day checked a.c. unit found the problem gave me a great price on changing out compresor. Then my wife and decided to go with new unit. Aaron came directly over went over all financing options we picked the right one for us. They showed up early the next day and had everything done installed and up and running in half a day. Just wanted to thank you guys for the fast and awesome response.

Aaron and the guys at Panama Cool are simply amazing. I've remodeled a few homes after the hurricane and most people and companies have been a pain to work with. These guys are honest, show up on time, and do great work. The inspector said thier work was the best he's seen when doing ac inspections.

Won't be using another ac company in Bay County on our future remodels. Save yourself headaches and get these guys the first time around.

First of all I want to thank Paul for coming out on a Saturday to fix my old A/C. Paul was a God send. While out fixing my A/C he quoted me a price to replace the unit all together and I was happy to do it. The price was fair and his team could get it done within the week. Fast Forward to today, and Justin showed up ready! He is a fellow Texan and was friendly, helpful, and full of good conversation while he was working. Aaron came out to deliver the major parts and he was friendly and also willing to strike up a good conversation. These guys were professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of installation and maintenance. Paul showed up and I again thanked him for the Saturday's service, and Justin kept cracking with the install. Justin's work was second to none. He was friendly, respectful and a wealth of knowledge. We had a very meaningful conversation, and it was a pleasure chatting with him while he worked. He explained about the system with ease, and everything was done perfect. Every detail was to the letter and nothing was out of place. I was just amazed at his work ethic and drive to make the install the best quality. I would and will recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC help. You will be just as happy as I am, and they will treat you fair and honest. They want to do quality work so customers are happy. This is the company I'm going to for any issues for any of my friends. I'm telling you Panama Cool is going far and they have the right people to get there. Thank you again! I called because my a/c went out. They had a tech come out within 30 minutes and had my ac running in less than 15. Highly recommend this service. The tech even waived my inspection fee which was top notch customer service.
