If I could rate this company a zero I would. Do not use. You will have nothing but issues and they will blame you. If you use Beahan’s Heat and Air you will NOT receive a quality install. You will, however, get an air conditioning unit that doesn’t work. It will cause mildew growth and leaks in your ceiling. They will send people who aren’t qualified to do the job. Even after admitting an employee of theirs was found to be doing things during install wrong and your house is now on a ‘hot list’ they will still not reimburse you for the poor install and damage done to your home. If you call them for service for the install and the issues with it, they will pretend they fix it only for you to have to call back again. We were more than patient with them. Multiple visits for continuing issues. Replaced ceilings due to mildew which they claimed was dust. This isn’t an ideal situation for a healthy individual, and we have a kiddo with medical issues. In the end they will blame you and take your money for their poor workmanship. Buyer beware. We are now having to have it reinstalled by a different company. They should be embarrassed and ashamed for how they handled this. We tried to resolve this peacefully but are now looking for an attorney. These pictures are how our unit current looks and the mildew on our ceiling. A brand new install from Beahan’s.

The guy that did the inspection to do the maintenance was rude and pushy trying to make me get their silver or one of their packages (which doesn't offer any important benefits) I guess he had a quota to reach. He did a terrible job just complaining all the time (he finished in 30 minutes). I paid almost $300 dlls. I got charged again 6 months after for this "silver" package again and when I tried to ask why the woman on the phone (Dona) who said she was the owner.. hung off the phone when I was trying to explain and asking why I was being charged again, very unpolite way to handle this situation. Very disappointed since my husband is a Military Veteran and they work with several veterans. Just be careful when they offer these kind of packages and be aware of some rude customer service. Photos show after 30 minutes of service.. and after paying almost 300 dlls for "this" of course I had to question why they were charging 89 dlls after 6 moths for their "silver" service..
