  We just moved to Jasper County, and Palmetto Heating & Air is the company that installed and maintains the HVAC system at our new home. We had a scheduled maintenance due so this is the first experience we've had with them. Glen was the technician, and it turns out he was one of the techs who installed & started up the new HVAC system recently, so he was familiar with the system and the home. He was prompt, polite and professional, and took care of re-strapping a duct that had come loose up in the attic, and changing the location of the filter per my husband's request so we could easily change it ourselves if needed, in addition to the regular maintenance. It was great to have a tech that was familiar with our new home and HVAC system, and I'm very pleased to have Palmetto Heating & Air as our new HVAC company. Thank you!

  Had a roofer nail my line set at about 8:30p.m. Saturday night 1 call 45 minutes later everything was fixed and running dine
