Amazing Development if you’re patient enough to wait for a place. This was the 2nd Latitude we’ve visited and both had a 2+ year waiting period. I guess that shows how special they are. Close proximity to Hilton Head, tons of amenities for the patient guests.

Nice facilities with very friendly staff, but prices keep going up. Regardless of which way lumber prices go, home prices will only go up. There is only one pool installer so prices are almost 3 times more than other installers for comparable pools. Beautiful pool but for $100K?
